Staff
If you have employees, you can add them as staff members in Sevoria. This lets them log in with their own account, and you can control what they have access to.
How to access
Click "Staff" in the sidebar under Management.
Adding a staff member

Go to the Staff page
Click "Staff" in the sidebar.

Click 'Add Staff'
Click the button to invite a new staff member.

Enter their details
Fill in:
- Name — the staff member's name
- Email — they'll use this to log in
- Location (optional) — assign them to a specific branch or store

Save
Click "Save" to add the staff member.
Location assignment
When you assign a staff member to a specific location:
- They can only see and sell products from that location on the POS screen
- The location selector on the POS will be locked to their assigned location
- This prevents staff from accidentally selling from or viewing the wrong branch's inventory
If you don't assign a location, the staff member will be able to switch between all locations — just like the business owner.
Managing staff
From the Staff page, you can:
- Edit a staff member's details or location assignment
- Remove a staff member if they no longer work with you
Removing a staff member revokes their access to the system. Their past activity (like sales they processed) will still be recorded in your history.
