Sales History
The Sales History page shows every transaction your business has processed. It's your complete record of all sales.
How to access
Click "Sales" in the sidebar under Sales & Analytics.
What you'll see
Each sale in the list shows:
- Sale number — a unique reference for the transaction
- Date & time — when the sale happened
- Customer (if assigned) — who bought the items
- Payment method — Cash, Card, or Transfer
- Total amount — how much was charged
- Status — Completed, Pending, Cancelled, or Refunded
Filtering sales
Use the date filter at the top of the page to narrow down the list to a specific time period. This is useful for:
- Reviewing today's sales at the end of the day
- Checking how much you sold this week or month
- Finding a specific transaction
Viewing sale details
Click on any sale to see its full details, including:
- Each product that was sold
- Quantities and prices
- Payment method used
- The operator (staff member) who processed the sale
If you need to check back on a specific order, you can quickly find it by filtering by date and scrolling through the list.
