Inventory Overview
Sevoria tracks your inventory (stock) per location. This means each branch or store has its own stock count for every product.
How it works
When you add a product, you set an initial stock quantity. As you make sales at a specific location, the stock for that location goes down automatically.
📍 Location-based stock
Each location tracks its own stock separately. If your "Main Branch" has 50 bottles of water but your "Warehouse" has 200, Sevoria shows the correct count for each.
📦 Low stock alerts
The dashboard shows how many products are running low. This helps you reorder before stock runs out.
Where to check stock levels
You can see stock information in several places:
- Products page — shows the stock count for each product
- POS screen — shows available stock at the selected location
- Dashboard — shows a count of products with low stock
Updating stock manually
If you receive new stock (e.g., a delivery from your supplier), you can update the quantity by:
- Going to Products
- Clicking on the product
- Updating the stock quantity field
- Saving the changes
For moving stock between locations (e.g., from your warehouse to your shop), use Stock Transfers instead of manually updating each location.
