Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a quick snapshot of how your business is doing.
What you'll see
The dashboard shows four key numbers at the top:
💰 Total Revenue
The total amount of money your business has earned from sales in the selected time period.
📊 Number of Sales
How many individual transactions (sales) have been completed.
📦 Low Stock Items
The number of products that are running low on stock. This helps you know when to reorder.
💵 Average Order Value
The average amount customers spend per transaction.
Revenue Chart
Below the key numbers, you'll find a revenue chart that shows your sales performance over time. This helps you:
- Spot trends (e.g., which days or months are busiest)
- Compare performance across different periods
- Plan for busy seasons
Recent Sales
On the right side of the dashboard, you'll see your most recent transactions. This gives you a quick look at the latest activity without needing to visit the full Sales History page.
Use the date filter at the top of the dashboard to look at specific time periods. See the next page to learn how.
