Editing & Deleting Products
You can update any product's details or remove it from your inventory at any time.
Editing a product
Go to the Products page
Click "Products" in the sidebar under Operations.
Click on the product
Find the product you want to edit and click on it to open its details.
Make your changes
Update any field — name, price, stock, description, barcode, image, or category. For variable products, you can also add, edit, or remove variants.
Save your changes
Click "Save" to update the product. The changes take effect immediately.
Deleting a product
Deleting a product is permanent. The product will be removed from your inventory and will no longer appear on the POS screen. Past sales records that include this product will still be visible in your sales history.
To delete a product:
- Go to Products and click on the product
- Click the "Delete" button (usually at the bottom or top of the edit page)
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Making a product inactive
If you don't want to sell a product but want to keep it in your system, you can deactivate it instead of deleting it. Inactive products won't appear on the POS screen but will remain in your product list.
