Product List

The Products page shows all the products in your business. From here, you can view, search, add, edit, and delete products.

How to access

Click "Products" in the sidebar under Operations. You'll see a list of all your products with the following information:

• Product name and image
• Price — the selling price
• Stock / Quantity — how many units you have
• Category — which category the product belongs to
• Status — whether the product is active or inactive
• Type — Simple or Variable (if the product has variants like sizes or colors)

Searching for products

Use the search bar at the top of the product list to find a specific product. You can search by:

• Product name
• Barcode number

What do the product types mean?

• Simple — A product with one price and one stock count (e.g., "Water Bottle")
• Variable — A product with multiple options like sizes or colors, each with its own price and stock (e.g., "T-Shirt — S, M, L, XL")
