Sevoria POS provides a point of sale system for businesses to manage sales, inventory, staff, and analytics. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sevoria, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
